The Jean Girard
Gregory's favorite beer cocktail

Dinner

Serrano Ham wapped watermelon, radish sprouts, five peppercorns

21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon- I know what you’re thinking...”Gross! A watermelon beer?” We know San Francisco is an odd place, but this Bay Area brewery makes a great Wit with just a hint of quintessential summertime fruit.

Smoked Trout and Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs, 2000 island sauce

Sierra Nevada Summerfest - A warm weather favorite, this pislner style’s smooth flavor comes from the extra lagering time it spends at the brewery. Mostly Czech hops give you the bite you need for a refreshing finish.

House made Apple Lamb Sausage, pickled apple salad, blackberry mustarda

Aspall Peronnelle’s Blush Cider - From our favorite cider producer all the way over in England. This dry, sparkling apple cider has a hint of blackberry liqueur for a nice sweet compliment to the tart apples

“Pig in a blanket” , pork tenderloin, aged gruyere, Parma ham wrapped in pastry, glazed carrots

Harpoon’s 100 Bbl Series Pott’s Landbier - A collaboration with Pott’s Brauri in Germany, this landbier, or “country beer”, is a very traditional pilsner with a solid malty backbone. Magnum hops from Germany provide the crispness for this summer quencher.

Pecan crusted Black Bass, lemongrass ginger buerre blanc, baby bok choy

Brooklyn Sorachi Ace - A special version of a traditional Saison made entirely with the rare and unusual Sorachi Ace hop. Originally grown in Japan, this hop hybrid has a distinct lemony flavor and aroma.

Dessert

Caramel Chocolate “Eclair”, honey ricotta cream

Einbecker Mai Ur Bock - Who says Bock beers are only for the cooler months? This deeply malty, golden lager has flavors of caramel, bread and orchard fruits. A great beer to sip while watching the summer sunset.
